Women's Day 2022

When I think of women, I think multifaceted. The diversity and richness in our creation is so vast I wouldn’t even know where to begin. We are daughters, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, bosses, entrepreneurs, artists and friends. Each woman has been uniquely and thoughtfully designed by God with a purpose only she can fulfill. I’m so honored to have met so many of you and learn your stories! Here are a few lovely ladies I got to capture this past year. Happy International Women’s Day!

This One's For the Girls. / International Women's Day

WOMAN. What an honor it is to have that title. Multifaceted, limitless, fearless, strong in vulnerability, graceful in power, nurturing and protecting, unwavering and kind, diverse yet united. Thank you to all the ladies who let me photograph them this past year. Stay wild, stay classy, stay true. This one’s for the girls. :) Happy International Women’s Day!

Golden Sunset Cliffs Senior

Sunset Cliffs is definitely my favorite nature photo spot in San Diego! It’s absolutely gorgeous in the golden glow of sunset as the beach is aptly named. Carly absolutely rocked her senior session. She was graceful, classy and poised, and it was such a delight chatting with her about her future college and career path!

If you love the beach views and want it all-cliffs, rocks, ocean blues, florals, arches, waves and curving coast, then Sunset Cliffs is the location for you!

Spreckels Pavilion, Balboa Park Family

One of the most rewarding feelings in photography is getting to capture the same family over a course of years and watch them grow and change. This is the fourth year I’ve shot the K family. The youngest is no longer a toddler; he’s getting so big now. We shot at Spreckels Pavilion in Balboa Park, one of my favorite San Diego locations.

Grand Ave, Escondido Teen

You ever look through your camera roll and find you have no new photos of yourself to post? Or maybe you DO have some, but it’s littered among your little brother’s spammy selfies and they’re just mirror pics you took at the mall. Yeah…been there, done that. If you’re reading this and it sounds like you, let’s fix that! I got you covered, friend, You don’t have to have a special occasion to do a photoshoot. If you’re out of social media content, book your portrait package today!

4th of July 2020 Part II - North Park Editorial

Another 4th of July post! Grace is a model-turned-friend of mine, and we shot together last year for an Irving Penn inspired shoot back in December. Today, we explored North Park for a patriotic session filled with hot July weather, glitter, all the murals and all the urban bliss. This is definitely on my top list of locations I’ve shot at and I hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do!
